How can I book tickets?
Tickets can be booked in person or over the phone between 10am – 4pm Monday to Saturday (extended telephone service until 5pm on Fridays). Tickets can also be booked online 24 hours a day via their website. All sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled or rescheduled.
What facilities are there for less able-bodied customers?
They have stairlifts into the Foyer but NOT into the balcony. If you wish to use the stairlift or need wheelchair access, please alert the Duty Manager on arrival by pressing the CALL button. There is an accessible toilet in the foyer.
Do you sell other food and drink?
Yes, they have a coffee shop selling a range of coffees, hot chocolate and tea, as well as cold drinks, crisps, cake and biscuits. They also sell New Forest ice cream in the coffee shop and during the interval inside the auditorium.
Can I record or take photos?
There is a strict no recording/no photography rule. Anyone not observing this rule may be asked by security staff to leave. Please ensure phones are switched off during the show.
Do you have a car park?
No, but there are several car parks in the town centre, the nearest being Westfield Close (off Victoria Road) and the Allenview car park (off Hanham road). Car parking is free after 6 p.m.
