Can we take buggies into the Caves?
Due to the number of steps and uneven surfaces, small children need to be carried through the caves. Buggies are welcome everywhere else on site, but cannot be left at the cave entrance. There is a buggy store available.

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on site, except for Guide and Assistance Dogs. Please check their accessibility page for specific guidance on assistance dogs.
How long does the tour around the Caves last?
The cave tour lasts approximately 40 minutes. During busy periods, the caves may operate on a free-flow system with guides available to answer questions.
