What is included in the rental fee?
Rentals include use of the loading dock, carts, and elevators. An Event Rental Supervisor and cleaning staff are onsite for events over 60 guests. Tables and chairs from inventory are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional rentals like high-top tables, projectors, and easels are available for an extra charge.
Does GoggleWorks host weddings?

What are the rules for decorating?
Decorations must not include confetti, glitter, fog machines, bubbles, birdseed, or duct tape. Items can only be hung from I-beams or wooden ceilings; no hanging from electrical conduits, lights, or sprinkler systems. Ladders must be provided by the renter. Fabric walls require fire rating documentation, and all draping must be submitted for approval.
How late can an event end?
GoggleWorks is open daily from 9am-9pm. Baby showers must end by 8pm, and all other events must conclude by 10pm. An additional $70/hour security fee applies after 9pm, with arrangements to be made at booking or at least 30 days prior.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere on GoggleWorks' campus, including all buildings, outdoor areas, and the parking lot. Guests should be informed of this policy.
