- Parking: Car parking is free. There are two tiers of car park and a grass overflow field. Motor Home parking is free please follow the signs when you arrive to our designated Motor Home parking spaces. Coaches are welcome – if you are arriving by coach please contact us in advance on info@canonteign.com or 01647 252434 so we can reserve your space.
- Accessibility: Due to the steep and undulating terrain, the waterfall walk is not pushchair-friendly. However, in fine weather, the walk around Lily Lake is accessible by all-terrain buggies. Baby carriers can be used or hired. Prams/pushchairs can be stored. Free entry for wheelchair users and their carers. Accessible toilet available. Free blue badge parking near the entrance.
- Pets: Dogs are welcome free of charge but must remain on the lead.
