Yes, you can make changes to the date on your online booking up to 7 days before your visit, subject to availability.
What happens if I arrive later than my booking time?
Your timeslot is for arrival only. If you are running late, they will do their best to accommodate you before the last entrance at 3:30pm.
Are tickets refundable?
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued unless Jolly Pumpkin has to close for unforeseen circumstances.
