Tips & Advice
- Wear sensible, closed-toe footwear like trainers, as the attraction features uneven floors and steps. High heels and open-toe shoes are strictly prohibited.
- Arrive approximately 5 minutes before your booked time slot to ensure a smooth entry, but be prepared for potential short queues of 10-20 minutes on peak nights.
- Consider wearing older clothing as you may come into contact with real rust and dirt, and the organizers hold no responsibility for damaged clothing.
- Since actors will touch and interact with visitors, and may use strong language, parental discretion is strongly advised for anyone under 18.
- Bags are not permitted inside the attraction, so plan to leave them securely stored elsewhere or with a companion.
