Disabled parking is available immediately next to the Visitor Centre.
Accessibility
The Gardens, Lilypad Café, Museum, and Gift Shop are all wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Disabled toilet facilities with a changing bed and baby changing area are available. Two viewing platforms offer close access to the lakes. All areas are accessible except the rockery. Assistance dogs are welcome, and disabled parking is available near the Visitor Centre. Wheelchairs can be loaned by prior arrangement.

Unfortunately, no. Only Assistance Dogs are permitted in the Gardens.

Can we feed the fish?
Yes, you can purchase special fish food for £1.50 per bag from the Visitor Centre during spring and summer. Feeding is not permitted between November and March.
When are the water lilies in bloom?
The water lilies bloom on both lakes from mid-June to the end of August.
